Privacy Policy for Table-Flow: Session

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Table-Flow: Session is a scheduling and session-coordination application for tabletop gaming groups. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how it is handled.

Information We Collect

Table-Flow: Session may collect information you provide directly through the app, including:

Players may join groups using a join code and display name without creating a full account. Players may optionally create an account for easier cross-device recovery. GM or organizer accounts require an email address and password.

How We Use Information

Information is used to provide the core functions of Table-Flow: Session, including:

Table-Flow: Session is designed specifically to collect group availability and turn that availability into confirmed sessions.

How Information Is Shared

Scheduling and group information is shared with other members of the same Table-Flow group where necessary for the app to function.

We may also use service providers to operate the app, including hosting, database, authentication, and infrastructure providers. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services.

Table-Flow: Session does not sell user personal information.

Table-Flow: Session does not use user information for third-party advertising.

The product is designed without advertising, and players are not charged to participate in a group.

Data Storage and Security

Group, availability, and session information is stored on remote servers so that it can remain synchronized and available across devices. The current application uses a backend and database to provide persistent shared group information.

Data transmitted between the app and its online services is protected using encrypted HTTPS connections.

Data Retention

Information may be retained while an account or group remains active and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary to operate the service, preserve shared group and session history, maintain security, resolve disputes, or comply with legal requirements.

Because scheduling records may involve multiple members of the same group, some shared group or historical session information may remain after an individual account is deleted.

Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Table-Flow: Session account and associated personal account information.

Account deletion instructions are available at:

https://session.tableflowapps.com/delete-account

Children's Privacy

Table-Flow: Session is not specifically designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The current version will always be available at this URL.
